• Express Service With this trackable service, items in your order that are in stock will ship out the same day and reach you in 1-8 business days, depending on your location and time of year and barring exceptional circumstances (like inclement weather conditions). Some exceptions (such as custom-dyed items or bulky bedding items) apply. Backordered items will ship via ground service when they become available at no additional cost. It is important that we have your correct billing and shipping information as there may not be enough time for us to contact you before shipping cut- off time.
• Rapid Mail/Expedited Service This track able service gets your package to you in 10 business days (not counting the order date) at a reasonable cost. Cut-off time for same- day turnaround of in-stock items is 11AM PST. Backordered items will follow via ground service at no additional charge.
•Standard/Ground Service (4-8 weeks) With this track able option, we make every attempt to ship your order out the same day you place your order if your order reaches us before 11 AM PST.
